Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and expectations for all business conducted with Aether Reach Productions. Each project, rental, or contracted service is governed by an individual contract, which will clearly detail the agreed-upon terms. Clients will always have the opportunity to review and ask questions before signing.

By engaging our services or renting our equipment, you agree to the following:

Contracts

  • All transactions are accompanied by a custom-written contract that clearly outlines the scope of services, equipment, costs, payment terms, and responsibilities.

  • Clients are encouraged to review all terms and request clarification before signing.

Payments

  • Rental Payments: Payment for equipment rentals is due in full upon pickup or delivery of the equipment.

  • Accepted Forms of Payment:

    • Digital transactions (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp) on the day of pickup/delivery.

    • Checks must be provided at least four (4) business days in advance to allow for clearing.

  • Larger Projects: Down payments and installment schedules will be specified in the individual project contract.

Security Deposits & Liability

  • A security deposit may be required for rentals. The amount will vary depending on the order.

  • Renter is responsible for any damage they cause to rented equipment, including equipment being operated by Aether Reach Productions associates at the time of damage.

  • Associates hired by Aether Reach Productions are responsible for equipment they bring and personally operate (such as drones, jibs, or steadicams).

Equipment Rentals

  • Certain equipment requires Aether Reach Productions associates to be on-site during its use.

  • Some equipment, such as drones, may require legal authorization (e.g., a Federal Aviation Administration operating license). Clients must comply with all applicable laws and requirements.

  • All rented equipment must be handled responsibly. Misuse, neglect, or illegal use may result in forfeiture of deposits and additional charges.

Rates & Discounts

  • Aether Reach Productions may offer discounts depending on:

    • The quantity of equipment rented.

    • The number of associates contracted.

    • The timing of the rental or contract.

    • The type and scope of the project.

  • Contracting at one rate does not guarantee that the same rate will apply to future transactions.

  • Quotes are valid at the time of issue. If a client delays in making a decision, rates may increase or decrease before booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Rental cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on our website.

  • Larger contract projects follow the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the individual contract.

Deliverables & Intellectual Property

  • For contracted media services, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

  • Aether Reach Productions reserves the right to use excerpts of completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

  • Aether Reach Productions is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to project delays caused by third parties, acts of nature, technical malfunctions beyond our control, or changes in legal regulations.

Governing Law

  • All contracts and agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Clients must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Changes to Terms

  • Aether Reach Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the version in effect at the time of signing a contract will govern that transaction.
