Contract Work Down Payments & Cancellations

• Down payments for contract work are refundable if a project's cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date.

• Contract may also be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.

Equipment Rental Security Deposits

• A safety deposit may be required depending on the type of equipment rental and the total amount may vary depending on the situation.

• For some rental scenarios, a credit card number may be required for charging if equipment is not returned, heavily damaged, or is returned in need of repair.

Larger Contract Jobs

• Down payments required for larger contract jobs may be non-refundable if a project is canceled abruptly.

• The specific terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and deposits will vary depending on the contract details. Each project will include a custom contract that clearly outlines all financial terms and conditions.
