Aputure Space Light

The Aputure Space Light is a 360° cylindrical soft light modifier designed to convert Bowens-mount point-source fixtures into broad, room-filling ambient lights. Measuring 28.5" tall and 18" wide, it creates an even glow that mimics traditional space lights, making it well-suited for lighting large areas, creating soft overhead sources, or providing gentle base layers of illumination.

Built with durable fabric and an internal reflector, the Space Light maximizes light spread while maintaining a soft, flattering output. Its Bowens mount ensures compatibility with Aputure and Amaran lights as well as other Bowens-based fixtures. The modifier includes a removable skirt, which allows crews to control spill and direct light downward when more focused coverage is required. Lightweight and easy to collapse, the Aputure Space Light is a portable solution for quickly creating soft, immersive light on set.
